TODDLERS NOW ON TUESDAYS Acklington Toddler Group will now hold their weekly session in the school hall every Tuesday (term time only) from 10am until 11.00am.  These sessions are open to anyone in the local and wider community who has a baby or toddler between the ages of 0 and 4 years.  Parents and carers stay with their children for the whole session.  The cost is £1 per family for refreshments.  The sessions aim to provide a social network for parents and carers and, of course, the children as well as offering exciting and fun activities for them.  There are lots of varied toys for the children to play with and different activities each week such as song- time, arts, crafts, cooking and nursery rhymes.  Funds permitting there are trips out and visitors to the group have included Kindermusik, Jumping Jimmy’s and Jo Jingles who all entertained the children with activities, song, music and dance. Starts Tuesday 27th September, with a special session of BISCUIT BAKING!  (No session on Tuesday 25th October during half term).
